In 2018, Sasha DiGiulian has climbed three challenging walls in the Canadian mountains and released a The Trilogy Film about the project. Pretty interesting, given that the way to the top for her was not covered in roses.
Now you have the opportunity to watch “The Trilogy” online.
“I learned a lot over this summer—lessons about respecting my body, resting, knowing when to push myself, and the importance of having confidence in myself and my climbing partner. There were days when my motivation lagged and my fatigue caught up with me, but I realize that there is rhythm to trusting the timing of our lives, living through the uncomfortable moments and accepting the ups and downs.” – Sasha has told to Outside Online.

The Trilogy routes
Mount Yamnuska
Blue Jeans Direct (5.14a, 8 pitches). FA Sonnie Trotter, 2015. The variant of original Blue Jeans, equipped by Nick Rochacewhich and climbed by Derek Galloway five years before Sonnie opened harder sequence of movements on pitch 5.
Mount Louis
The Shining Uncut (5.14a, 13 pitches). FA Sonnie Trotter, 2017. “Uncut” is the variation with two eliminated hanging belays (Sonnie and Tommy Caldwell used in 2011), so it has 80-meter crux now.
